Shipping policy
When can I expect delivery of my shipment?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days from order confirmation. Delivery typically takes:
- Canada: 7-12 business days
- USA: 5-8 business days
- Europe: 6-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
- Australia/NZ: 5-10 business days
- Worldwide: 8-15 business days
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Note: tracking systems can take 24 hours to register initial scans.
Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier schedules. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at onvaofficial@gmail.com.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are accepted until 23:00 UTC +1 on the day of order. Contact onvaofficial@gmail.com to request modifications.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, absolutely.
How is my order shipped?
Orders ship on business days (excluding holidays). Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
What about international orders?
We ship worldwide. If your destination isn't available through our current logistics, we'll contact you immediately to arrange a solution.
